We are currently looking for a druid/shaman healer. Shadow priest and hunter to complete our BFA mythic raid team. Although these classes are our main priority all other applications will be considered.
Playtime on your character (total and at level 110)
7 days(+4hrs), 1 day and 18 hours on 120. ( 58 days on Warlock)
If guildless why did you leave your last guild? If still in one why are you looking to leave?
Haven't been dedicated/actively raiding since MoP. Was somewhat active in Legion but only started near the end of the expansion so it was hard joining existing teams.
Are you prepared to be in a 20m team for Mythic Raiding and its limited spots and is your PC up to the task? Also how do you feel about officers analyzing your logs and giving you pointers on where to improve or where you may be making mistakes and letting the group down?
Confident in my PC specs. I'm mature enough to handle criticism and would enjoy non-toxic environments where everyone remains clear headed. I've been a competetive gamer for a long time, played almost every MMORPG, FPS and moba out there. Feedback on my new main class is very welcome, as I wish to learn and improve upon the healer role throughout BfA.
Please include any logs of your character here
New main so barely any logs. Most recent mythic dungeon runs I average 10-14k HPS with average DPS.
What do you do yourself to improve yourself in terms of DPS, HPS, raid awareness or in general?
I need to work on my Champions rep/ Azurite power mainly, as I've been abroad for 2 weeks already when BfA launched. In terms of HPS, I'd like to try experimenting with different talent setups to see what suits best per boss encounter we'll face in Uldir. Raid awareness would be mostly a matter of doing my research/ rewatching WoWhead videos on encounters. In general I'd just like to get a better grip on raiding as a healer, as I've mained the DPS role for so long which is worlds apart.
What made you apply to Epiunion?
Was pointed towards Epiunion as I was told it was less of a "super competitive' raid atmosphere than the guilds my RL friends are in. I simply don't have the experience in a healer role to be a part of a Mythic progression team yet. Would enjoy a more relaxed learning environment over being thrown into the deep end straight away.
Are you able to raid in our scheduled days? Tuesday 1945 to 2300, Thursday 1945 to 2300 Server Time
We require our raiding members to have Bossmods, EPGPLootmaster, Angry Assignments and Ora3 installed and active during raids. Are you happy to run these? We communicate over Discord/Mumble so that will be required to have installed aswell.
Are you prepared to be able to cover the costs required associated with raiding - Flasks, Food, Potions, Enchants, Gems, Repairs?
Personal Loot during progress raid will be rolled for, MS > OS, can you handle that or are you as salty as a fermented anchovie?
Why do you play WoW / What do you want from the game?
Gaming is my hobby. I'm a master thesis student finishing up his engineering degree, so my free time is spent relaxing, playing games, and travelling untill I graduate!
What's your expectations from Epiunion as a guild?
Learning my role, getting guidance from my superior peers, clearing normal and heroic within reasonable timeframes when Uldir releases, and the guild environment to be friendly and mature ( with the occassional clowning around). I do like everyone taking raiding seriously though, as nobody enjoys wasting their free evenings!
With a few words, tell us what you will bring to the guild and how you can contribute to us and our raids
I'm an Oldschool player, have abundant game knowledge and can adapt quite easily. I just lack dedicated group experience aside from leading a guild and the raid teams back in MoP. Aside from that, I'll have good availability with the occassional gaps ( I travel to Sweden occassionally for a few days).
